Sober Tracker

Terms of Use

Updated: 2026-07-13

By using Sober Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Service

Sober Tracker helps you count your sober days, record your mood and reflections, and celebrate recovery milestones. The App is a motivational and record-keeping tool. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional treatment, therapy, or a recovery program.

Your responsibility

Recovery is yours. The App cannot guarantee sobriety or any health outcome. If you are struggling with addiction or in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a local helpline. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information in the App.

Not medical advice

Nothing in the App — including statistics, money-saved figures, mood summaries, or generated reports — is medical advice. It does not create any therapist–patient relationship. For health decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Accounts

The App uses your device to create an account automatically (device-based sign-in). You are responsible for activity on your device and account.

Subscriptions

• A subscription (monthly or annual) unlocks unlimited journal check-ins, insights, the cravings log, and PDF reports.
• Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime via your device’s subscription settings.
• Free users may record a limited number of journal check-ins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, and not to submit unlawful or harmful content.

Third-party services

The App uses Apple/Google/RevenueCat for billing.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its output.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
